    • a. Your pro pricing discount is confidential and exclusive to you only. Please don't share details of the perks you've earned.
    • b. Respect our relationship with NEBO dealers and retailers.
      • i . Please keep program details to yourself.
      • ii . Please refrain from asking for gear advice or trying out products in-stores with the intent to purchase online.
      • iii . If you have questions about your products, service, replacement or quality issues, please contact NEBO customer service at 1-800-255-6061 or submit your question or concern at this link.
    • c. Pro discounted purchases are for you and you only. Products should not be gifted under any circumstances. Purchasing multiples of the same product with the intent to gift them may cause your membership to be suspended or terminated.
  2. NO RESALE - The reselling of gear is strictly prohibited. If you are a NEBO retailer, please contact your sales representative to purchase products.
    • a. We are happy to facilitate a refund or exchange at this link. Products are eligible for refund or exchange for fourteen days after purchase.
    • b. Purchasing multiples of the same product with the intent to resell them may cause your membership to be suspended or terminated.
  3. NO BACKORDERS - Product is subject to availability.
    • a. Purchases made through your NEBO Pro account are eligible for in-stock products only. We do not accept backorders or pre-orders.
  4. APPLICATION RENEWAL - Twelve month renewal.
    • a. Membership in NEBO Pro is valid for twelve months after acceptance of your application. Membership must be renewed each calendar year to maintain program eligibility.
